That was the first time I saw a cleaning person in the 2 days I was there.

On checkout, a group of cleaning people were coming on the floor and one of them was the Pit Boss helping out. The casino was not packed and no one in the restaurants so I realized that they restrict the guests to a few floors because they do not have enough cleaning staff. (yes, there are carts when you can find one) The Casino is small and when I went to the bar to order a Bloody Mary with olives and lime, the bartendar told me they do not have any fruit or olives etc for the bar and never given any when asked if they ran out. There is no valet either so you have to carry your own bags to the room. The sink did not drain properly so I had to wait in the room for maintence to clean out the sink by using a plunger which I am sure they use for the toilet and did not even clean the sink afterward. I needed bath, hand and washcloth towels, tissuess because only 2 left in the box, shampoo, floormats and even toilet paper because their was either none or 1 of each. I went down to the front desk and was told they are short of cleaning help so the front desk stocked everything. I called maid service and no one answered. When we woke up in the morning we realized that we had 1 hand and bath towel. The old Buffet is now the non-smoking slot room. By the way, they have no restaurants or snack area after that. We rushed to dinner at the steak house because it closes at 9:30 pm. We were also told that during our 2 day stay, there would be no maid service to the room because they do not clean on that floor until the person checks out. That was before I told her I had a service dog. We had a reservation for a premium room and we checked in and were told, only rooms on the pet floor were available and it was a premium room.
